The Brief
Design Happy was approached to craft a stand-alone, new to world CBD wellness brand, portraying a sense of tranquility and balance while highlighting the benefits of CBD products. The challenge was to differentiate the brand in a new but crowded market, where numerous products vie for consumer attention with loud, cluttered packaging and overt claims.
Our Approach
The goal was to create an inviting, sophisticated brand that resonates with both CBD novices and enthusiasts seeking a premium, calming experience. For this, we drew inspiration from minimalist design principles, and developed a series of bespoke illustrations with a refined colour palette to convey the serenity and balance that the brand promises.
The use of soft, muted tones and clean lines creates a sense of calm and clarity, reflecting the brand's ethos of wellness and simplicity, alongside golden accents to create a sophisticated yet approachable aesthetic. Each product variant has a specific colour code, ensuring easy recognition and differentiation on the shelf.
To enhance the premium, in-hand feel, we utilised quality materials and printing techniques, which also served to pull it apart from its competitors. The careful consideration of typography and layout contributes to a clear, uncluttered visual hierarchy, making it easy for consumers to understand the product benefits at a glance.
The end result is a brand that embodies tranquility and balance, offering a unique and aspirational choice for wellness-conscious individuals.
